Due to the continuing expansion of our user base and the success of our new school catering solution MIDAS, Infineer have appointed two business partners as additional service providers. They will work alongside our own existing support team and will provide additional cover inside the M25 in England and in Ireland.
Controlled Equipment Services Ltd. are based in Northamptonshire and will initially concentrate on servicing Infineer clients inside the busy M25 boundary. They have many years of experience in supporting systems in educational sites
TF Maintenance Ltd who are based in County Westmeath will augment Infineer’s system support in Ireland. TFM have been supporting a wide range of EPOS and other electronic devices for many years.
Both companies recently completed additional system training at Infineer’s offices in Bangor and will be added to the support structure from February 1st. All clients will continue to report any support issues directly to the Infineer help-desk as at present, and it is expected that these additions will guarantee the high levels of support which our customers expect.
