Download Support Section This download support section contains firmware files, software installs, software updates and other files and documentation necessary for support of the various Infineer products. If an install file is prohibitively large for download, please contact the technical support team, helpdesk@infineer.com, to request the full install on CD. Please remember to include the shipping address in the email request. The download support section is divided into product categories to allow for easy identification of the required files. Navigate to the appropriate product category, and then locate the name of the product of interest. The various files available for download will be listed under the product. The firmware files are in Motorola S format. If the EPROM programmer being used does not support the Motorola S format please download the Mot2Bin application that will permit the conversion of Motorola S format to binary format. The documents are in Adobe portable document format. A free viewer can be downloaded from the Adobe website. It is imperative that the release notes are read before any installation of firmware or software upgrade is attempted. The release notes will give details of the changes made and any special requirements needed before installation can occur. Please Note: The files contained within the download support section of the website are intended for use by technically trained personnel only. When an upgrade is performed on a site all precautions must be taken to ensure no loss of data or damage to customer equipment is incurred.
