Salary Sacrifice – With employers seeking to reward employees, many are implementing Salary Sacrifice schemes whereby an employee forgoes some salary in return for a tangible benefit such as increased pension contribution or free food in the staff cafeteria. ChipNet3 has the ability to seamlessly manage a food based salary Sacrifice scheme. Users can opt for their monthly “sacrifice” and the INFINEER system will make that available in the cafeteria for food purchase. Users who opt out of the scheme or who wish to spend more than the agreed amount can top-up their accounts as normal.
